is their any way which I can get a hold of another EEE PC (900), but with a blank hard drive. Because, the pre-loaded linux distro is crap, im gona put fedora linux 9.0 on it.

I hate it that they changed the 900 design. I don't like the smaller part which is connecting the laptop to the screen, it is soooo ugly, that's the only reason I stick with the 900.
