yeah its either blame the workers or blame the media and now for the first time blame the battery EXCUSE !!a 1997 Toyota Rav4 electric could go over 120 miles on a single change that was 11 years ago over a DECADE ago technology folks ! the EV-1 which GM killed did about the same.this Volt is Worse only 40 miles on a $40K car that doesnt exist and unprovenBTW it has a gasoline engine too !!

I just think GM could come out with it before 2 1/2 years from now if they really wanted to. It's like they're being dragged towards it. But something is better than nothing. I hate to think what gas will cost by time this car hits the streets.

Might also be because GM sold the Battery improvement patent from the EV1 batteries to EXXON/MOBIL.. Hmmmm what would a gas company, want with a electric car battery patent......
