The USSR fell without a war.Plus, saying "Evil empire" hardly constitutes balls. Reagan was an actor. It was a Star Wars reference. Every president since Truman had been calling the USSR evil.

No, they're were pictures of missile SIGHTS in Cuba, where the missiles were going to be if the Soviets got them there which they didn't.

Nope your dead wrong..when the people of the united states didn't know if we would ever wake up the next morning is kinda big deal...Reagan belived in being strong he built up the military with our strentgh we were able to be more diplomatic, he belived that we could do better than mutal assured destruction of a nuclear holocast, and through our strengh we were able disarm a great deal of our nuclear arms and the soviets as well and challenged and had the balls to call the soviets an evil empire

No, that's dead wrong. Double check your history. Kennedy was not weak. The Soviets never got the missiles to Cuba. They built the sights and were going to bring missiles there but backed down when Kennedy threatened military action.And if you're claiming Reagan was tougher, you're also wrong. Reagan only talked tough.
