Kate Moss hit Fred Segel in West Hollywood today, and attracted a great group of paparazzi eager to get a snap of the older model as she visits this side of the pond. Her companion attempts to kick one of the paparazzi, and ends up knocking down a planter! Gracious as always, one paparazzo volunteers to sweep up the mess. Who says paps don't have manners?
