It's all about asking yourself right questions. For example let's take what Anathema said: "...Everything was great at first. I failed..majorly..." Everything? What was great? What was just good? And what was unacceptable? How you failed? You failed in what exactly? Again in Everything? I don't think so.

I was in stage 2 and took huge risks. Everything was great at first. I failed..majorly. Now I'm back in stage 1 but am pushing myself as much as possible to get back out. I use myspace to desperatly hang on to communication. It's very painful. I'm happy that there are people who understand where I am. Thanks for the video. It's encouraging to me.

I've been there. Brave one. Those stages... yes it is good description, but you don't have to stick to it. You can create some new, really your way of thinking and point of view. How? Maybe little steps, maybe one big. For me the ignition was a NLP course(NeuroLinguisticProgramming). If you want some info or share knowledge you know what to do.you need smile, look into mirror, make yourself laugh, if u do that, do more or better

Also, some people may think I have a big secret I'm hiding about my life, but really - I'm just like all the loud people. I'm just as happy and like to do the same stuff. I'm not weird. Or stuck up. I'm just... really shy.^.^ It's all good. I try to work on it. It's harder than it sounds to get out of this stage I've been in for 7 years.

I'm very sorry about that.I'm actually very shy. I'm getting better as I get older. When I was little, I was wicked shy. Like, I'd just nod my head or shake my head to yes or no. But, then, I slowly opened up more. I talk to people and approach them. But, I still have a hard time. I'm one of the shyest kids in school. I still talk, but I have a hard time being the person I am at home. When friends are over, I'm loud. But I don' have many friends from school over.

I used to take Ambien but I found myself using them to get a buzz rather than for sleep. I have mild SA and alot of ppl w/ SA are at risk for addictions. Be strong, you'll get thru this I'm sure. The best treatment for SA would be seeing a therapist regularly for cognitive restructuring. Most ppl w/ SA grew up w/ a very shy disposition and are much more self-aware and scrutinizing than others. If we want to get the most out of life, we need to stop having these irrational thoughts/worries

use benadryl instead, or just generic diphenhydramine.Tylenol PM contains APAP, which you shouldn't be taking unless you have headaches or a fever.

I use Tylonel PM to help me to sleep every night and it helps me a lot.
