Ye, i realise that some of the products have other active ingredients, dunno about Acodin - (Only in Poland i think) I just prefer tablets to syrup, heard syrup causes increased nausea.

DXM is DXM man. lol. and if you're referring to not having Coricidin tablets in England, be glad because that is THE WORST PRODUCT TO USE! DO NOT TAKE IT! use products that ONLY have dextromethorphan HBR as the active ingredient.
