i think thats because the enlgish people who try to imitate the japanese emotion are really bad at copying the emotion of the first people who did it

Lawl. What's Princess Tutu? xD -I don't watch alot of anime.- LYKE, I was watching a random anime, and they just sounded all normal, but when you watch the Japanese version, it's all emotion-ful! :O
