Testament-Doom joins a server, quickly gets 5 kills and a glock, survives an onslaught on the roof of a small building, away from the masses of people getting slaughtered, runs down to the sewers desperate for ammo, and the time comes, where he must defend all on his own, for he is.... THE LAST HUMAN! O SHI-The last human part lasts for 3 and a half minutes. I don't even know how I was able to pull it off, lol. I herd that zombies were being dumb and clogging up the sewer entrance, even though they could have used the well, lol. Anyways, this video should show an epic last human event to satisfy your thirst for action and excitment. Have fun ;)

No, in the game you are just a zombie in general. It doesn't follow Half-Life's storyline, so they're just zombies, without headcrabs.
