before you can just 'grab the flame away' you have to push your pinky into the chimney and bend the wick away from the wheel

just try to "grab" the flame with your fingers , then it gets a lack of oxigene and turns to a very little flame inside the chimney (its almost invisible but its still burning). than push a little bit air into this small flame and it relights

the human torch is done with asbestos or liquid kevlar. asbestos or kevlar makes "cold fire". dip your finger in asbestos or liquid kevlar and light it on fire, and it wont burn you. i got that info from a professional fire-trickster. 5 stars.
