Dontcha mean 3:12 with the remix of That's The Way (I Like It)? That does rock though it's the 70s, not 90s.Still, awesome game and awesome music, I'm sure you can play it, I managed to :D

i only remember this game for 2 reasons: the commentators who will comment on anything (in japanese) and the Speed stage based on Lethal Enforcers (which has an arranged version of the tune "Desperate to Survive")

I don't know if I could play this game, I'd be too distracted by all the crazy shit happening. Oh, & 2:12, a remix of a catchy 90s song, how enigmatic.
