This test is to try magnetic influence on Hydrogen. The test shows the response to magnetic energy to the output of a two plate system by comparing the power output (amps) change to high magnetic fields. The video shows good close ups of the system while it is being tested.

2000Hz is 2000 times per second, not 20 thousand!

Pulsing is when you make the DC go from positive 12 volts to 0 volts: the idea to make this happen about 2000 hertz (20 thousand times a second). This is supposed to make more Hydrogen with less power (amps).
