How about instead of indicting people for making errors, we figure out how it happens? It's not as simple as people making mistakes; the environment also plays a role.

I'm so hopeful that maybe some day this nightmare will end. My brother was killed by a hospital in 2005. I wrote every agency I could to investigate, to no avail. At that time, they didn't give a shit. Medicare payed for his death. Atleast now since they won't pay for preventable errors some lives may be saved.

release all pertinent information on medical and DENTAL information. Dental has gotten out of control with pricing, scare tactics and downright lying to patients about outcomes. what happened to our public records???????????????Mrs. Albarella
