GTA 3 The 1st FMV, this is NOT the cheesy gta3 game intro, this is the actual FMV sequence when you select "Start new game" i remember when i first saw this and thought ye i wish the game was like that (memories of that shitty top down view LOL) anways their i was at the end of itACTUALY standing on the same bridge as i saw in the FMV, wich was a first for me with a car game, GTA blew me away and gta 3 is still deep in my heart as its one of the ultimate car games (for anyone why realy likes to RAG cars round the streets) its sure a nice cheep LEGAL alternative to JoyRiding

some are just videos & some are the actual player model files running on a kinda auto pilot while their used in a video, so some are videos & some are scripted animations scripting animations can be modified more than a video can

No, "FMV" stands for full motion video which means pre-recorded or pre-rendered. What you have here is an in-game cutscene.
