hi, i just bought mine and i have to say this monitor in image quality terms realy isn't something well built, it has poor image quality as it as limited to 26 bit colour and yeah black just isn't there, i have better image quality in my samsung 2032bw than this. it's overprices and as firmware serious issues. i wonder if anyone could help me out with that. to resume i'm quite dissapointed withthis 2047wfp!

HEy Mr Dell , Your monitor certainly has good points , but you TOTALY failed at providing a low input lag.Mouse moves feel so sluggish. And as a professional , working with a graphic tablet with such noticeable lag is just a pain in the ass.SO for you next monitor generation or revisiondo reduce the lag to 10 ms and everything will be ok.

ok give us a link with a $700 42" 1080p please
neongreen5 (December 31, 1969 at 5:59 pm)
This monitor looks like crap, for the same price you could get a 42" HDTV 1080p, with 10,000:1 contrast ratio, not just 1000:1. That is why this monitor sucks for movies, white washed, no real blacks.

Because generally, there's more space on your FLOOR than on the top of your workdesk smartypants.
