Sorry to hear about your plight. By the way, I just picked up a newspaper this morning. McDonald's is hiring. You may have to start out on lettuce, then move up to drive thru or fries, but in a few years of hard work, you can make it to assistant manager. And that's when the big bucks start rolling in!!!

The time you spend holding a sign complaining is time you could be spending finding a job. The reason these guys are working and you aren't, is that they made better choices early in life, they got up earlier than you to apply, and they passed a drug test. Plus, how is YOUR work history???

I hope that you take this a lot futher and expose the naked truth about how the people that live in the community are not being allowed to have first dibbs of the jobs in their community. Take it to a national level if you have to. Great job!!

Way to go with this! I'm pissed but what can we do (especially) us that don't live in the City of Gary? This is unacceptable to our community and I hope you brothers keeping fighting against this. Who are the politicians allowing this crap to happen ~ put them in the spotlight! |
