This is not a usual training, all of this guys a not a students,everyone has his own schools.Mas Oyama make a lot of surprise exersise for a masters.expl after 4 hour of hard training those guys for 30 min.should make a high kicks without step on the ground. This is not a balet,belive me...OSU.
