Some people actually install these and make look clean , I have a carputer running Road Runner ( which is free) and it looks tottaly part of the car .

There is a new portable (8.4") in the market called TopExec from Above-Net. Optional car cradle and car power adaptor is available. It works perfect with any POCMCIA broadband connection (I have one from Sprint) I can talk in Skype, use slingbox and Google earth.

wooww i am so getting a UMPC instead of a GPS...but is there any way i can get cheat internet and connect it trough wifi * on the road* or connect it trough a rj-45?? i wanna usse google earth.
