Okay. So this Take Over The World plan revolves around having a dozen copies of some random dude? He wasn't even one of the awesome masked snake henchmen, or pronouncedly more awesome bikini clad henchgirls. Now, if he had cloned a bikini clad masked snake henchgirl... but no. No one should wield that much power. Not even a supervillain.
