Disclaimer :Due to my minimum req. 512 ram and crappy ati x300 vid card, sound isnt in here, and the textures may not be the best.Description : This is a recording of my favorite part of the game, the escape on the warthog from the pillar of autumn. I did this on legendary difficulty because the ending is so damn funny. I did this vid on the fly, not really a lotta practice, so of course I take a spill and run into an obstacle or two. Yes, because I did not waste time goofing off while driving, I was able to pretty much sit on the hood of the 'hog, smoke a cig, and take pot shots at the turrets with the rocket launcher. (attempts after this of course).

The hardest part of this level for me was fighting the hunters. Standard assault rifle did the trick, and the flood helped with one of them ;).The driving part is pretty easy and I am planning on making an updated video pretty soon. All you need to do on this part is keep the pedal to the metal and steer the smoothest route possible. During the final stretch, take out the turrets on the left and right with your rocket launcher after you get out, but before you start running.

Also, before you blow the last reactor, I suggest going back to the armory and restocking on ammo (not that you'd really need it but..)During the beginning of the level, when the flood and the covenant forces are fighting each other, sit and wait it out, triggering another brawl when necessary. Clean up after.

If you look at around 1:00-1:07, you will see I did lose some shield. Did you watch the video all the way through or at least skip to the end? Its impossible to get the "easter egg" ending without beating it on legendary.

im not sure this is legendary i mean he got shot a few times he didn't lose any shield

If I was actually in that situation, I wouldn't take my time lol just keep the pedal to the metal and steer best you can.
