They probably dubbed some of the voices because I've heard some of these voices dubbed for other people.

it's not that hard but it's just takes lots f times... literally lots of time... you would have to stop and start the movie over and over again.. but i think there is programs out there that is easier to create subtitles and add them to the movies....
