Noel Readding has been dead several years now, so the oringinal experience is gone.

ProfessorHoffman, I hate to break it to you but Noel's been dead since 2003. Billy Cox is still around though.

I know most of it anyway, R.I.P Mitch Mitchell :(But Noel Redding and Billy Cox are still around

I can't believe the Experience is gone....

Even though Jimi was tired and frustrated with equipment problems at this show, i still rate the Isle Of Wight 'Machine Gun' as my favorite, followed by the one at the Fillmore..what am i saying? they're all good because Berkeley kicks ass too. LOL...Jimi is so good, my head is spinning. I think Isle Of Wight version is more raw. My opinion.

usally most of the time I watch clapton and SRV vids but when I come back to watch hendrix I just realize that he streets ahead from all these players...

Yeah that riff is so legit
bozerVibro (December 31, 1969 at 5:59 pm)
I get the same feeling. Check out what he plays at about 7:21 in the version posted by "LandoftheFree". That is my favorite riff by Jimi. Good to see a video with so many positive comments!
