The last question from the June 14, 2007 episode of Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader? Needless to say, this woman is not smarter than a 5th grader. (Her 5th grade partner didn't help matters.) She might've gotten this right if she paid attention in chemistry class. Look at the looks the kids are giving her. Priceless!Comments talking about how bad the American education system supposedly is, and comments about how stupid Americans are will be deleted immediately. I am a teacher and take great offense to these narrow-minded generalizations.

The question states that the total height of one standing on the other's shoulders is 7.5 feet. It has nothing to due on the position he's standing in. The question only asked to convert 2.5 yards into feet.

CHEMISTRY?! Really?! That was pathetic. 352 feet in a yard?! O M G.And I really wonder if the student wrote the wrong answer just to mess with her. THAT would be a funny story.

I hate stoopid people. I wish they'd all have to wear signs that say "I'm stoopid" that way you wouldn't rely on 'em. If you come up to them . . . "Oh sorry . . I didn't see your sign" |
