It's the lovely Catherine Shepherd. She was April in Peep Show for one glorious episode, and starred in the not very good sketch show Dog Face, playing a recurring character of a teacher who, when flummoxed by a pupils question, offered to show the class her pants instead. Those sketches are on youtube, happily.
