The fish you are refering to is Morpheel. The thing is, only the second phase of Morpheel is similar.

A good many. When I posted that, I hadn't even unlocked the Garden, but I have now. I hadn't had much time time to play until recently. Last time I checked, I think I have 70-something stars? I don't play too often. I've beaten Bowser for the final time already (it was pathetically easy), so that's good for now. lol. But I will reach the amount of stars needed to unlock Luigi eventually. I might as well.
