He is prompted on another channel by an unknown male to "talk", but he apparently remains on the 'covert' channel, and Houston does not hear him respond. Houston asks again if he copied, and he responds again with a faint response that Houston does not hear. Then he finally switches back to the normal channel where Houston can once again hear him.Who is the unknown male? Is he with the NSA, who we know was working closely with NASA's Apollo Program.
