In the first place Brians Implanted with FALSE information question ( borrowed words) was a stupid question? So, Biden did not need to Once again explain the ONE TIME he did not mention the BORROWED words in a speech and some JERK off reporter took that to the nth degree. The commentary guy called it a "gaffe charge". But it was also a "verbosity" charge, if you read the question that brian asked. So not only was he showing discipline, but he was also showing terseness.
