Finally, I strongly believe that is Tupac Shakur in this video. What is unclear is when exactly this video was taken. There is no reason for a person in a position that Pac's would be in if he is alive to "hide" other than to stay away from mainstream media. If he is hiding it would probably be from those who wish him harm. Lack of DNA evidence protects him from the law unless his mother is tested and she would probably just say that is not her son and refuse testing.

Now to this video. First off it's one continuous shoot which helps show its authenticity. Also, the guy "hosting" mentions some things that happened well after Pac's "death". As for the mustage, it's not clear what model that is...that new body style came out it 94' but it seems to be the newer version whice was released in 99' w/o the round fog light in front but I can't tell because the white paint in the sun is washing out the detail.

Furthermore, that was just one quick way to fake your death but there are at least two more that would work. Then considered that he was "cremated" which is a fantastic way to get rid of evidence. Fake coroners report, fake autopsy photos, fake funeral, burn the body and VOILA! Pac's dead and you can't prove otherwise even if you had a video of him today holding today's newpaper...talkin on an iphone. So legally he is dead. But whether he actually is remains questionable.

So here my initial take on this as a video expert...THIS CAN BE REAL! There is actually several way to fake ones death and it mainly requires the cooperation of your immediate family i.e. pac's mother, the coroner, and the undertaker. And I know that in Las Vegas money talks! Autopsy photos can be faked...A funeral can be easily staged by simply making a mold of Pac's head and placing it on someone else's dead body...dead bodies don't tend look real anyway so no one would question that.
