Russia isn't what it was. Its a new and failed democracy, it failed under socialism. It slaughtered millions of its own people. Putin was a dictator, and their new leader Medvedev is just Putin's puppet on a string. They had a soviet style parade through Red Square a little while ago, and they're still using the same old crappy tanks and hardware from the cold war. Russia is shit.
