You are so right about age, although I'm 41 now--since I've been a kid---8 years old and up---I loved every type of singer and knew most all their music..grown-ups would say "you're too young to know this" used to drive me crazy but I just loved and still do all these wonderful singers and songs : ) there is so much trashy music out there now--you are so right!

I will NEVER forget the first time (of many) I watched this movie. It was my bgf and me, my sister and her best friend. At the end, you would've thought they all died, we cried so hard. I was probably 12 yo. Wow, I must have a heavy case of romance in my heart, because I am still waiting for MY George Hamilton and the ever-so-romantic ? mark!! Timeless song.....
