FOR FULL LAMBORGHINI AND PARIS MOTOR SHOW COVERAGE: http://www.edmunds.com/insidel... has stunned the automotive world — and not least its supercar rivals Aston Martin, Ferrari, Maserati and Porsche — by unveiling a wild concept on the eve of the 2008 Paris Auto Show. It's the Lamborghini Estoque, a concept for a $230,000 four-door sedan. A 5.2-liter V10 should provide the car with enough power to reach 200 mph.The Estoque is officially described as a concept, but it's already under serious consideration for production according to well-placed sources at the company's headquarters in Sant'Agata Bolognese. The Estoque neatly extends Lamborghini's flamboyant design language and emotional appeal to a highly fancied third model line. Naturally it offers a level of interior accommodation and practicality well beyond that of the midengine Lamborghini Gallardo and Murciélago, yet its dynamic qualities promise to set lofty standards of excellence comparable to the firm's sports cars.

There is going to be a lot of modifications on the inside components of this car before it's release as a production car, and my final point is that this car is not targeted at the old Lamborghini market (Where, Gallardo, Murcielago and Reventon already filled up the spots). It's aimed at a completely new market.

So you guys are saying that Lambo is stupid enough to make a 4 door sport car for single people. Come on, it's obvious which market this car is aimed at!I agree with you that the current components of the "Concept" version is not fit for a 4 door. But this is far from the car they will produce. As you know the has "been speculation that this could be replaced by a V12, V8, or possibly even a hybrid or turbo-diesel engine (as suggested by Lamborghini's Brand Director, Manfred Fitzgerald)."

Arad747 that would be true if the car was built with more stable components. This car is built with all the same components & drive train as a the Gallardo. What does that mean?? It means it's not a daily driver- and if it is not kept in pristine condition it will break VERY often. So I say it's a ridiculous car the way it is, and you would look like an idiot with your family in it. Your inability to see past the pretty body and the price tag are in fact what make you the noob.

the idea of a rich man with a family is simply not a lambo driver. lambo drivers should be arrogant and dating supermodels, not watching their wives get fat from having three kids then having to drive them to school. The rich man with a family has an s class, a quattroporte or a phantom not a lambo
