i normaly do this choke by simply grabbing deep on collar then using the same press choke "just something to think of"

The close-up, slow breakdown at the end is a HUGE help, guys. I'm glad you incorporated into this video. If you can try to do this for future videos I think it will make a big difference! Respect.
