the thing about dave is his playlist library is so large that you can like any assorted album. I think that Stand Up & even Everyday was more about "direct storytelling" which appeals to a wider base and has more of a funk feel. While early Dave was Acoustic Folk. You don't have to like all of Dave's stuff, like true DMB fans do. But you have to respect it.
