Can you give me 10 REAL reasons why not to invest without repeating the same thing over again? To clear up a few things, the educational system in Albania is pretty great, why dont you look it up yourself. Gypsies are leftover greeks. UCK...the k stands for Kosova not Albania. Which services were you dissapointed that you did not find? Prostitution? Sorry we dont have Krizna street area in Albania. =/ We do have real roads and highways in Albania, we stopped using donkeys centuries ago. =)

ahahaha only Tirana is "good" but the rest is very poor. I was in Albania,I went in Scutari,Pogradec,Valona,Lushna and more and there there isn't nothing,in Scutari the igienic is inexistent...so don't say bullshit and the to the world the reality.
