who ever is her captian at the time, thats how pirates ownerships work according to the ETIC the ship sank 12 years before the 1st movie. Legaly it dosn't exist, witch is retarded then that a 3decker was beaten by a imangenary and a ghost ship according to records

How did the Kraken die??? Nothing could possibly kill it! It's massive! And I like it better when Jack Sparrow is captain of the Pearl. Who is really owner of that ship anyway?
