So...Arthur has expressed interest in going to the dump before? Arthur's parents forbade him to go there, so he obviously wanted to go at some point...unless he's just following some rules his parents have set. I can see it now: "Always look both ways before crossing the street, don't go to the dump, etc."Anyways, good ep!
