I just think because Obama is born and raised in america, that makes him american!!! Even if Kenyans have arab roots, it was a very long time ago and his dad being muslim does not make him an arab because it's just his choice of religion. At the end of the day Obama is the one standing for president and not his dad and Barracks american and thats all that matters...

Actually, Kenya is in africa- you're correct, but a study conducted in that area shows that Kenyans, Ethiopians, Eritreans, Sudanese and most eastern African Country's peoples are closer related to Semites (Arabs, Jews, etc.) Than to the western part of Africa. So, she's actually right in saying he's an arab, his father was muslim with an arab background.

You're spot on!!! Although they are challenging each other for the presidency, they do have to conduct themselves in a gentlemanly manner and underhanded tactics is not necessary. Also that old lady was wrong to label obama an arab because obama has some african roots and last time i checked a map, africa is not in the middle east.
