I think the slide guitar is standard tuning too. Check out second 26-27, the last note of the bar where he lifts his left hand from the fretboard. It's just the E string, so I guess it's also standard tuning. Maybe the other strings have different tuning, but if both guitar are playing in the same tonality (E minor) they will probably have the same tuning.

Yeah, it's standard tuning on Kensrue's guitar. You can see him fingering Em, Am, C and several other chords throughout the song.I don't know about the electric guitarist though. It seems to me that slide guitar often makes use of alternate tunings, but I'm not good enough at playing with a slide to follow what he's doing.
