At any studio that teaches ballroom dancing. My ex boyfriend won district thingies in Texas for ballroom dancing. He taught me some stuff but we always ended up messing around instead of actually dancing. This of course is Latin style ballroom dancing.

Yaelisa is the lady with the skirt with the long train and directed the dancers. The dancer that gets the most airtime in the group piece is Fanny Ara, but it also includes Melissa Cruz and Briseyda Zarate. Those are the only names of the dancers that I know of.
