I have this card. Requires 650 PSU, is amazing, I can play blu ray directly trough hdmi with this card, is amazing. cost me 500 usd.

In 10 years time graphics cards won't exist, the cpu will run the graphics. Intel already can do that with one of their new cpu's.

Yeah the IceQ models are a little more expensive but the 4850 does get hot so it comes in handy lolDunno if they sell them in israel dude, they should do
