Readyboost dosn't turn a flash drive into ram. It stores superfetch and cache files into it.

open and close programs basically use any an all programs you wanna speed up..then restart the computer and then do it one more time. by now everything should be cached or superfetch should be running great now.to test it out load up one of your previously opened programs this should be the 3rd time using it and now get out your stopwatch and time it.then exit out right click the unplug device safely restart then try it with no flash drive connected. u should see a speed improvement
