Q. How do you stop your fingers, hands, wrists, arms from cramping due to gaming for extended periods? A. I can tell you what I do. Squeeze a tennis balls 20 times (each hand), do 20 military style push-ups and 20 chin-ups. Do this three things each day and you shouldn't have any problems with cramping. Plus walk 20+ minutes per day.

ehh, I would have said 10 deadlifts going to failure, and then superset to doing shrugs. Also widegrip chinups work better than pullups.since I started lifting I gained like 40lbs, I feel so much better now. My forarms are larger than what my biceps and triceps once were.

I see whats your getting at but i actually work about 12 hours a day and spend time with my kids and family and also do housework and only get 8 hours sleep which is the lowest amount of sleep you are allowed any lower and you are doing damage. Im fit cause i'm young and walk a lot and fast form office to office.

I hope your joking otherwise you have no idea about the human body. The simple ida of a keyboard is stupid and completely against our natural body movements. The perfect keyboard is a sphere. Go ask you chiropractor about it. |
