Nee, klopt. 80 tot 90 procent bevestigt dat Joran tegen Patrick niet uit z'n nek zat te praten, maar daadwerkelijk iets zei dat "kon" kloppen. Of het klopt, is de vraag. Gezien de situatie lijkt me het logisch dat het klopt, maar dat is aan de rechter om te beoordelen. Als Peter hier geen media-aandacht voor kreeg, doet hij dit ook niet vaak meer en weet niet half Nederland van Joran's echte zijn, waarvoor hij al vanaf dag één voor gestraft zou moeten worden. En onderwereld wat?

"Het openbaar ministerie van Aruba zegt dat 80 tot 90 procent in overeenstemming is met eerdere bekentenissen."Dat betekent niet dat 80% klopt met de waarheid.Het betekent dat hij consistent is met zijn antwoorden. Hij geeft consequent dezelfde antwoorden. Dat is dus echt even heel iets anders dan dat 80% de waarheid zou zijn. Peter zit niet in de onderwereld?Leuk geprobeerd.

What are y'all m.f.ers talking about aheh? This was a normal relaxed confession without any pressure of police or camera's. He was in his normal state without knowing a camera was there so this is a lot more reliable. I can't believe this, first murder then trade in thai women? If he didn't do it. He would have never re-enact the moment like he did 6.33. He did that twice. And if you're trying to proof so much you're not guilty why don't you try to keep quiet? Real stupid.

Een officiële publicatie noem ik een publicatie door justitie zelf ter informatie aan het publiek. Niet gebaseerd "door" bijv. de Telegraaf, RTL of SBS, die hebben het mogelijk wel verder gepubliceerd in hun medium, maar juist gepubliceerd "in" (of via) hen. Zoek maar eens op Google naar "joran 80 Arubaanse justitie informatie" o.i.d., zeg maar als het niet lukt.
