I think linguistics can say something about the conditions and structures within society. However I think his metaphorical rhetoric doesn't do much to intellectually engage with the hegemony that exists today.

Perhaps some are incorrect, but I do like where he is going with this logic. I am a fan of word play, I like what he dose with bench, bank, currency ect.
