Snake robots can use their many internal degrees of freedom to thread through tightly packed volumes and access locations that people and machinery otherwise cannot. These highly articulated devices can coordinate their internal degrees of freedom to perform a variety of locomotive gaits that go beyond the capabilities of conventional wheeled and legged robots. The true power of these devices is their versatility; they can crawl, climb, swim, and scale flights of stairs.Copyright 2008 Biorobotics Lab, Carnegie Mellon University. Its more of a catarpilar, and by the way it doesnt consist from only motors, it has a lots of sensors one controller, or a small Computer, its a very strong standind machine!By the way i think we need to focus on not how to create different types of robots but a energy block that is efective and small!!!robots can wait.

you know what, you might just shut up, and go back to your cave and scrape your back with a stick, i think when youll grow up youll understand you said a bad thing about this robot.
