Describes the technology of ultrasound and how, for the first time ever, we can actually see inside the womb. Dr. Nathanson further describes the ultrasound technique and shows examples of babies in the womb. Three-dimensional depiction of the developing fetus, from 4 weeks through 28 weeks. Display and usage of the abortionists' tools, plus video of an abortionist performing a suction abortion. Dr. Nathanson discusses the abortionist who agreed to allow this abortion to be filmed with ultrasound. The abortionist was quite skilled, having performed more than 10,000 abortions. We discover that the resulting ultrasound of his abortion so appalled him that he never again performed another abortion. The clip begins with an ultrasound of the fetus (girl) who is about to be aborted. The girl is moving in the womb; displays a heartbeat of 140 per minute; and is at times sucking her thumb. As the abortionist's suction tip begins to invade the womb, the child rears and moves violently in an attempt to avoid the instrument. Her mouth is visibly open in a "silent scream." The child's heart rate speeds up dramatically (to 200 beats per minute) as she senses aggression. She moves violently away in a pathetic attempt to escape the instrument. The abortionist's suction tip begins to rip the baby's limbs from its body, ultimately leaving only her head in the uterus (too large to be pulled from the uterus in one piece). The abortionist attempts to crush her head with his forceps, allowing it to be removed. In an effort to "dehumanize" the procedure, the abortionist and anesthesiologist refer to the baby's head as "number 1." The abortionist crushes "number 1" with the forceps and removes it from the uterus. Abortion statistics are revealed, as well as who benefits from the enormously lucrative industry that has developed. Clinics are now franchised, and there is ample evidence that many are controlled by organized crime. Women are victims, too. They haven't been told about the true nature of the unborn child or the facts about abortion procedures. Their wombs have been perforated, infected, destroyed, and sterilized. All as a result of an operation about which they they have had no true knowledge. Films like this must be made part of "informed consent." NARAL (National Abortion Rights Action League) and Planned Parenthood are accused of a conspiracy of silence, of keeping women in the dark about the reality of abortion. Finally, Dr. Nathanson discusses his credentials. He is a former abortionist, having been the director of the largest clinic in the Western world.

I personally feel that abortion is something that I wouldnt do but i will not tell others how to live theirs. I feel like many of us are not taking responsibility for our actions and we have other people making us (women)feel like we dont have choice but we do.I was taught that if i can lay down and do grown up woman things then i should woman enough to take what come with it. Now i do understand that sometimes the man may leave,you may not have a lot of money but i could never take a life.

i never said abortion was ok or not ok. it's actually both moral and immoral. there are both good and bad things about it. however the decision should be left up to the mother. a fetus is not a human being. it's a potential human being.

Unplanned or planned, the killing of a fetus is the killing of human life. The fetus was created from humans, so its human life. BUt going back to my point, "unplanned pregnancy" has been abused to make abortion alright.

your morality is different than mine.really? last time i checked, pro-lifers only care about the fetus. they think all women are breeding whores who should have no control over their body.murder and abortion are not the same.we are not talking about babies, we are talking about fetuses. abortion IS responsible in many situations. i think it is also a smart decision in some situations too.

the concept of murder only applies to human beings, a fetus is not a human being; it's a potential human being.no. moral vary from person to person, everyone has different morals. what may seem right to you, may not be right to someone else.i don't think people 'deserve' to die, we will all die one day. it's just part of life.so, according to you, every woman who has sex is a whore? o.O

Well, i think its wrong because all children should have a chance to live, it dosen't mean they can do abortion . But, if its because they don't want to give birth, she shouldn't have gotten pregnant in the first place .

no one can change what is truly right or wrong just lie to themselves about it. prolifers care for the baby And the mother. Baby murderers say what serial murderers and rapists say. You are just stating motives for murder. What you say makes me sick. It only makes you look irresponsible and perverse. Ill let others who can handle nausea tell you the truth. I dont have time to waste hearing how babies should be burned & mutilated sacrificed to save a few bucks. Keep making excuses for murder.

abortion is murder otherwise, no killing would be necessary. Thats exactly whats done in abortion. It's already a human life just a tiny one. By your demented view of morality everyone in the world should die because each of us contributes to global pollution a threat to everyones life. If not for whores, there wouldnt be so many baby murders& disease. It does affect me because my taxes pay for prostitutes in jail, research to cure diseases, etc.
