it's not fake, and those aren't birds... I know it's 2d, so bear with me... but the board wall in the background is significant evidence if you watch close enough. It's most likely a fly or gnat.. compare flag movement + insect infront of lens + audio + smoke from cars... that's the real deal..

i dont think this is sped up. the flags in the back are movin normal. ive seen nitros hit 80+ at the sugar asphalt track here so i wouldnt be suprised.
