It's true she's using a straight tone rather than adding any vibrato. She has a clear pitch but not what you would call a normally desirable tone for professional singers attempting this song. As a professional singer myself, I enjoy this woman's singing as a difference to what I'm used to hearing and what I sing. However, I prefer a fuller tone!
