engraving a Zippo Lighter with a skull and flames... the machine runs on EMC2 (Linux) and stepper motors. repeats within .002"!! this is one slick homebrew machine (ghetto) if only it was bigger! the spindle is a dremel!

i started with a FULL COLOR .jpg file converted it to black and white...had the computer pull out the lines and then programmed the g-code with mastercam v9 using a few countour operations. it took about 35 minutes to run the pogram on my little machine because i'm limited to about 10ipm feedrates. thanks for the kind words!
