Paula Gloria likes to go "farther down the rabbit hole" whenever there is an opportunity with people who are sincere about their evolution, their spiritual or physical practice and their art particularly the art of communication which starts with knowing oneself (self communication is often called mediation). She's had ten vertebrae fused and two metal rods put in her back when she was 14 which were then removed at 21 (after a long meditation course which relaxed her spine profoundly). She has a particular affection for the Alexander Technique which gave the most practical results for being easy and happy in her body.This piece uses the power of an Alexander Session to explore "new realities" with Harold Channer's Public Access TV show, "Conversations with Harold" and a particularly fascinating guest, Christine Ebersole, a many time Tony award winner most recently for her lead in "Grey Gardens"

Hi, I'm at 6:30 so far and am kind of confused, as far as the talkers not discussing the technique in the video, so not sure if it's a mistake or I don'get it?

btw, i love harold too. harold is very aware and open minded. he "cuts to the quick" and can zero in on interviewees statements to bring out the deeper meaning of words said, to bring out the perceptions of these words and hopefully gets the interviewee/viewer to think on a deeper level beyond the shallow conditioned pursuits found on most tv interview programs.

@paula:my opinion for the increased hits.1. christine's popular name in the title of harold's video(almost 4000 views).2. your video attached to harold's as a vid response(viewers click on vid thumbnail to see what it has to do with christine).i believe this is a good example of the value of name recognition, like soulja boy. my opinion.

@robion2020: the "as of yet" is all important....why do you think this vid has so many hits? I am amazed as it was a piece very close to my heart but very intimate....Harold gives me FULL permission to experiment. I love him!

@brian777999...sorry about that, I can hear it fine although not as loud as the others..it is sort of an "inside" piece relevant to Manhattan Neighborhood Network viewers as Harold channer is the longest standing Public acess TV producer who is notorious for interrupting his guests. this was an attempt to heal and understnd it

sound was not good....very difficult to hear. It is just not loud enough.I have everything on my computer turned up full.
