I'm using a non-electrically conductive cooland, unlike water, this type of coolant will not fry the system in case if there's a leak.

dude me either. my heatsink and fan keep my quad core at a steady 36*C. and the gpu is monitored by os software. never had a problem

The Antec 900 is cheaper and have the same quality build and great air circulation. But it's a Mid-ATX size.
